In order to improve the efficiency of the design and analysis of the gas film seal, a implementation method of parametric modeling, meshing and characteristic analysis about the gas face and cylinder film seal was presented. With Catia as a platform, setting the size of the model parameters in view of the structure of the gas film seal, the parametric design of the structure of the gas film seal model was realized by the use of dimension drive technology; the parameterization of the numerical analysis model was realized through the parametric mesh dividing of the three- dimensional model of gas film by Gridgen; the numerical simulation calculation and analysis of the flow field of gas film was carried out by Fluent, and the rapid prediction of sealing performance was got under different design parameters. Taking the change of cylindrical groove length ratio of the gas face and cylinder film seal as a case, the analysis results about the seal characteristics were got.为了提高气膜密封的设计及分析效率,研究端柱面组合气膜密封参数化建模、分网和特性分析的一体化实现方法。以Catia软件为平台,针对密封气膜的结构设置密封模型的尺寸参数,利用尺寸驱动技术实现气膜密封结构模型的参数化设计;结合专业的网格生成软件Gridgen对气膜的三维模型进行参数化数值网格划分,实现数值分析模型参数化;运用Fluent软件对气膜的三维流场数值模型以湍流流动形式进行数值仿真计算分析,实现了各种设计参数下密封性能的快速预测。以端柱面组合气膜密封的柱面槽长比变化为例给出了密封特性的分析结果。
