A polyol compound ester was synthesized by the esterification of neopentyl polyol, oleic acid and dibasic acid using solid superacid as the catalyst, its rheological properties, high temperature performance and tribological properties were investigated. The results show that when the addition amount of dibasic acid is 6% of the weight of oleic acid, the synthesized polyol compound ester is a kind of ester oil with excellent properties, whose viscosity is 68 mm2/s, viscosity in- dex is 186, flash point is as high as 320℃ , pour point is less than -38 ℃ , emulsion breaking time is less than 20 min, maximum nonseizure load is 780 N.以新戊基多元醇、油酸和二元酸为原料在固体酸的催化酯化下反应合成多元醇复酯,测定多元醇复酯的流变学性能、高温性能和摩擦学性能。结果表明,二元酸加入量为油酸质量的6%时,合成的多元醇复酯的黏度为68mm2/s,黏度指数为186,闪点高达320℃,倾点低于-38℃,破乳时间低于20min,最大无卡咬负荷为780N,是一类性能优良的合成酯类油。
