milling on the graphite organization structure was studied by scanning electron microscope. The lubricating properties of nanographite-containing water-based lubricants were investigated by full-ball test and friction-wear test. The results show that many nanoscale pores are formed by the overlap of the graphite micro slices after ball milling. Nanoscale expended graphite can significantly improve the extreme pressure and lubricating properties of water-based lubricants, but it has little effect on the friction coefficient of water-based lubricants. Nanosacle graphite has excellent self-lubricating property and ad- sorption performance ,which can be adsorbed on the lubricant film so as to improve the extreme pressure and lubricating properties of water-based lubricants.利用球磨膨胀石墨的方法制备纳米级石墨,并与蓖麻油酸、有机醇胺和硼酸等合成含纳米石墨的蓖麻油硼酸酯水基润滑剂。通过扫描电镜分析球磨对膨胀石墨组织结构的影响,并利用四球试验机和摩擦磨损试验机考察纳米石墨水基润滑剂润滑性能。试验结果表明,球磨后纳米级的石墨微片互相搭接在一起,形成许多纳米级微孔;纳米级的膨胀石墨能显著提高水基润滑剂的极压润滑性能,但对摩擦因数影响不大。纳米石墨具有优良的吸附性能,能够吸附在润滑膜上,充分发挥石墨的自润滑性,从而提高水基润滑剂的极压润滑性能。
