The development and utilization of marine new energy has become the research hot spot recently, which involves a lot of tribological problem. Thus the tribology workers are provided with new opportunities and challenges. The tribological research about the new energy utilization in marine environment in the recent years was reviewed. The content involves research achievements about friction and wear failure and poor lubrication of ocean new energy mechanical device key components; the influence of vibration and cavitation to marine environment. The prospect of future work was given. the transition components; the sealing and lubrication in the海洋新能源的开发利用已成为目前的研究热点，其中涉及大量的摩擦学问题，这为摩擦学工作者提供了新的契机和挑战。对近些年来新能源在海洋环境利用过程中涉及的摩擦学研究及其进展进行概述，涉及海洋新能源机械装置关键部件的摩擦磨损、失效、润滑不良；过流部件受到的振动、腐蚀与气蚀的影响；海洋环境中的密封与润滑等3个方面。并对未来的工作重点进行展望。
