TRIZ theory is introduced to the innovative design of mechanism, and TRIZ thinking is applied to an- alyze and concept design, to solve the divergence and convergence of thinking. The TRIZ evolution tool is used to improve existing mechanism, and the TRIZ conflict solving tool is applied for resolving contradiction problems in the mechanical design. The substance-field analysis method is used to solve the modeling problems in the mechanism design and analysis. Finally the innovative design examples are given, and they are references for TRIZ theory using for mechanism innovative design.将TRIZ理论引入到机构创新设计中，应用TRIZ思维方法解决机构分析与设计中的思维发散与收敛，应用TRIZ进化工具的进化模式改进现有的机构，应用TRIZ冲突求解工具求解机构设计中的矛盾问题，应用TRIZ物场分析方法解决机构设计的建模分析，给出了相应的创新设计实例，为TRIZ理论在机构创新设计中的应用提供参考．
