Calculation methods of an oil film bearing - rotor system dynamics and its visualization investigation were reviewed. Visualization research directions of the hydrodynamic bearing - rotor dynamics were also pointed out. Visualization software of the rotor system can instruct the designer to advance the running status of a bearing - rotor system, and make the designing process of the bear- ing - rotor system visualization, intelligence and routinization, which enhances design quality and efficiency of a hydrodynamic bearing -rotor system and mechanical products. Thereby it is highly practical.综述了油膜轴承一转子系统动力学的计算方法以及系统可视化研究的现状，指出了油膜轴承一转子系统动力学可视化研究的方向。油膜轴承一转子系统的可视化软件可以指导设计人员预先了解轴承一转子系统的运行状态，使轴承一转子系统的设计过程可视化、智能化、程序化，从而提高滑动轴承一转子系统以及机械产品的设计质量和效率，具有很强的实用性。
