According to the basic structure of toggle press, the mathematical modeling analysis has been executed. The quantitative analysis of movement and force for the mechanism provides important reference for the actual control of press. By setting in the constant angle acceleration and constant velocity, the kinematics and dynamics model of the toggle press has been built by use of Matlab/Simulink platform. The displacement, velocity, and acceleration have been gained, as well as the working curve of crank shaft force, torque, and the motor. The simulation result can be acted as the input value to control the servo motor. It provides reference for analysis and control of other servo press, which offers a feasible method for reducing the torque of the running motor.基于肘杆式压力机的基本结构,进行数学建模分析,以定量分析机构的运动和受力情况,为压力机的实际控制提供重要参考。设定在恒定角加速度和恒定速度的条件下,利用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建肘杆式压力机的运动学和动力学模型,分别得到滑块的位移、速度和加速度,以及曲轴受力、力矩和电机做功曲线。该仿真结果可作为伺服电动机控制的输入量,为其他伺服压力机传动机构的分析和控制提供参考,并为降低电机运行时的转矩提供一种可行的方法。
