And through finite element analysis, a reasonable and operable project has been achieved, which gives references to the mechanical structure design in engineering application.随着城市垃圾、污泥、糖厂淤泥、禽粪等的“变废为宝”的重视和发展，作为有机肥的关键设备翻抛机得到普及．通过对翻抛机结构进行分析，根据生产实际情况出发，采用正交设计方法，初步选出相关因素及水平，结合有限元分析．得出合理的、可操作性的方案．这一结论对工程实际应用的机械结构设计具有指导意义．
