考虑导轨结合部特性的立柱-主轴系统动静力学特性分析

The NSK LH35--type linear rolling guide was taken as study object, the finite element modeling methods of guide joint were described in detail by virtual materials and spring-- damper u- nits. Statics and modal analysis of linear guide system were done using the above guide models and the rationality of finite element modeling was verified by experimental modal test. Moreover, introducing the guide system model to the column--spindle system of a vertical machining center, statics and mo- dal analysis of the whole system were calculated. The results were compared with that which was solved without considering the effect of guide joint and the large difference between the two results was found. Comparative analysis of the results shows the guide joint has an important impact on the dynamic performance of the whole machine, the mechanical properties of guide system must be con- sidered when the whole machine is modeled and analyzed.以NSKLH35型直线滚动导轨为例,详细叙述了利用假想材料和弹簧-阻尼单元对该导轨结合部进行有限元建模的方法,并利用上述模型对导轨系统进行了静力学和模态分析,通过模态实验验证了导轨系统有限元建模的合理性。进一步,将导轨模型引入到某立式加工中心立柱-主轴部件模型中,分别对部件系统进行了静力学分析与模态分析,将分析结果与不考虑导轨结合部特性的情况进行对比,发现两者差异较大。对比分析结果说明导轨结合部对整机动静力学性能有着重要的影响,整机建模与分析时必须引入导轨结合部的力学特性。
