The surface topography parameters of a machine tool sliding guideway was measured by using Taylor Hobson roughness profilometer, and the assessment parameters of surface topography were got. The mathematical model of guideway surface topography and the contact model of guideway joint surface were built, the contact model was analyzed using the software of Matlab, and the variation regulari ence for the study of the friction and wear of ty of the contact model of joint surface was obtained, which provides a referguideway surface. The analysis results show that the parameters of contact asperities, contact area and contact load show a trend of liner increase as the asperity spacing reducing.利用TaylorHobson粗糙度轮廓仪测量导轨表面形貌参数,得到表面形貌的评定参数;利用统计学原理建立导轨表面形貌的数学模型及导轨接合面的接触模型,并运用Matlab软件对接合面接触模型进行分析,获得接合面接触模型的变化规律,为导轨表面摩擦磨损的研究提供了基础。分析结果表明:随着导轨微凸体基准面间距的减小,接触点数、接触面积、接触载荷等接触参数值呈现线性增长的趋势。
