几种润滑油添加剂与等离子渗氮层的交互作用研究

The hardness and chemical composition of plasma nitrided AISI 52100 steel surface were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD ) and micro hardness tester, and its friction and wear behaviors were examined on a four-ball fric- tion and wear tester under lubrication with four different additives. Anti-wear and friction-reduction mechanisms were ap- proached through Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive System (EDS) analyses. The results show that plasma nitriding can improve the surface hardness of AISI 52100 steel significantly, and the plasma nitrided AISI 52100 steel has lower friction coefficient and better anti-wear properties compared with substrate steel. Sulfur and phos- phorous-containing additives exhibit good performance of reducing friction and certain anti-wear properties through benefi- cial synergistic effect in PAO with plasma nitrided steel, among them TCP is the best.研究等离子渗氮GCrl5钢与GCrl5钢基材在添加硫化异丁烯(SO)、磷酸三甲酚脂(TCP)、硫代磷酸胺盐(SPN)、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的PAO润滑下的摩擦磨损性能。利用脉冲直流等离子渗氮炉对GCrl5钢进行离子渗氮处理,采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析离子渗氮层的相组成,利用显微硬度计测量渗氮前后的表面硬度值,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察GCrl5钢渗氮处理前后在添加SO、TCP、SPN、ZDDP的PAO润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量散射谱(EDS)分析其摩擦学作用机制。结果表明:离子渗氮处理明显提高了GCrl5钢的表面硬度值和摩擦磨损性能;含硫、磷添加剂具有良好的减摩性能和抗磨性能,并能与渗氮层发生交互作用,尤其是TCP的效果最明显。
