Percussive drill is an important drilling machine in grouting pile construction, and its main working part is the percussive mechanism. Since traditional research methods simplify the percussive mechanism to concentric crank slider mechanism or eccentric crank slider mechanism, it produces large error. Based on this, after directly analyzing the geometric rela-tionship between the components of percussive mechanism at any time, and then analyze the kinematics. As a result, the motion characteristics of percussive mechanism is accurately described, and it provides the data for the further research of dynamic analysis and valuable preferences for the optimal design.冲击机构是钻机进行冲击钻进的主要工作部件。对冲击机构的运动学分析,传统研究方法主要是将冲击机构简化成对心曲柄滑块机构或偏置曲柄滑块机构,产生较大的误差。基于这一点,直接分析在任意瞬时冲击机构各构件之间的几何关系,然后进行运动学分析,这样更能准确地描述冲击机构的运动特性,为下一步进行动力学分析提供数据参考,对冲击钻机的结构优化设计有一定的指导意义。
