Based on the structure of the press-mounting machine and press-mounting technique requirements, vibration test sys- tem was set up. Then the hardware structure and software test platform were illustrated. Several typical incentive tests prove that the vibration test platform has significant advantages of stable performance and lower cost.依据汽车传动轴压装专机的结构、压装工艺要求等搭建机床振动测试系统，并详细介绍其硬件构成和软件测试平台。通过该测试系统对压机压装过程中的振动进行测试，可为压机性能评价和故障诊断提供参考。
