Pr0ject Design of Fish Pump Equipment in Factory-TrawlerZHOU Chong-guang ，ZHOU Xiao-min ，SHI Xiao-min( .Zhoushan Longsheng Ship Industry Co.，Ltd，Zhoushan Zhejiang 316000，China；2.School ofShip and Ocean Engineering ofZhejiang Ocean 邢 ，Zhoushan Zhejiang 316004，China)Abstract：In order to realize seine absorbing fish equipment being domestic products and improve the ability of absorbing fish- water about domestic absorbing fish environment，the project design of absorbing fish equipment is done by means of the me-ehanical system design method，the function and principle method is used in project design of this equipment，and four aca-demic absorbing fish projects are optimized，relatively satisfactory overal structure layout project is obtained，and overall pa-rameter is made certain，this project design is used in a certain experiment of absorbing fish，and the anticipated purpose is a-chieved。

Key words：absorbing fish equipment；factory-trawler；function and principle method；project design1 前 言吸鱼泵种类繁多，大致可分为：射流鱼泵、离心鱼泵、潜水鱼泵和真空鱼泵等。

射流吸鱼泵(采用文杜里管效应)：美国ETI”公司在 1988年研究成功拥有专利权的 SILKSTREAM射流吸鱼泵。世界范围内至今已有 200多台泵还在使用中，遍及挪威、苏格兰、爱尔兰、希腊、马耳他，加拿大、智利、美国、新西兰、菲律宾和我国台湾省等世界各地的养殖常该泵可用来输送活的鲶鱼、虾、海鲈、海鲷、罗非鱼、鳗鱼、鲑鱼等鱼类。

气力吸鱼泵：我国20世纪 60年代，上海渔业机械仪器研究所和浙江剩洋水产研究所研制成功了气力吸鱼泵。它利用罗茨鼓风机在整个管路系统中抽风，当系统风速高于鱼的悬浮速度时，鱼货随风气流吸人，再经扩容器进入卸料 口排出。经试验可抽吸冰鲜黄鱼、带鱼、鳓鱼、墨鱼，但不能抽吸活鱼，且鼓风机噪声大
