肘杆机构为大公称力行程冷锻压力机上的主要传动部件,传动的精度对压力机整体的运行起到关键性作用,构件的加工误差、安装误差等不可避免的条件,以及电机等输入参数的波动范围都会严重影响到压力机最终的输出参数。通过对连杆机构进行动力学分析,以及各变量引起的运动误差分析研究,得出肘杆机构的输入参数误差和机构加工参数误差对机构最终输出点的位置、速度、加速度的误差影响趋势及范围,并得出计算误差的公式,可以更好的指导机构的设计以及保证最终的精度。 The Elbow-bar is the main transmission parts for the large nominal power stroke cold forging presses,which precision plays a key role in operation of the press.The inevitable conditions such as machining error of components,install error as well as input parameter error of the motor may effect greatly the final output of the press.Through the dynamics analysis of linkage mechanism and motion error caused by variables,the effect trend and range of the output parameter error of the elbow-bar mechanism and machining parameter error on the final output position,velocity and acceleration are obtained,and the formula for calculating the error is obtained.These can better guide design for the mechanism and ensure the final accuracy.
