将一种电梯随行电缆简化为细长钢带结构,讨论了对该结构进行模态测试的方法。通过测试水平、垂直和侧向三个方向的振动,得到平面内与平面外的模态参数。利用壳单元与梁单元建立了细长钢带结构的三维有限元模型;模态实验得到的固有频率和振型与有限元分析结果一致;根据模态参数分析了随行电缆撞击墙壁、缠绕打结的原因,并提出改善其动力学特性的方法。 A typical elevator travelling cable was simulated by a steel band which forms a loop with the fixed--fixed boundary conditions. And the modal testing method was discussed for this steel band. The three dimensional vibrations of a steel band, including the vibrations within and out of the loop plane, were measured respectively. A three dimensional element finite model of the steel band was built to predict its natural fre- quencies and the associated mode shapes. The modal testing results were consistent with FE method. The rea- sons of the tangle and hit wall of the traveling cable were analyzed. And effective measures should be taken to improve the dynamics property of the traveling cable.
