研究了盐浴软氮化对42CrMo钢的摩擦性能的影响。对42CrMo进行盐浴软氮化处理,处理过的试件和未处理试件分别在不同的载荷和润滑情况下进行摩擦试验。结果表明,盐浴软氮化处理过的试件比未处理过试件的抗胶合能力至少提高了500N。盐浴软氮化工艺能够有效地改善机车用大齿轮使用中胶合破坏严重的现状。 The effect of salt bath soft nitrogenation on frictional property of 42CrMo was studied.The friction tests of 42CrMo before and after processed by salt bath soft nitrogenation in different loads and lubrication conditions were carried out.The results indicate that the anti-seizure capacity of 42CrMo which was processed by salt bath soft nitrogenation was increased by 500 N or more.Salt bath soft nitrogenation can effectively improve the serious agglutination damage of locomotive big geer.
