The development direction of the electric control friction technology was prospected. The development trend of mechanical and electrical system is micromation, and so is the study of electronic control friction technology. In MEMS or NEMS field, mi- cro-electronic control friction technology or nano-electronic control friction technology has a very good application prospect.
