将UG三维建模软件和ADINA软件相结合,分别建立了大负荷滚轮推车的整体和双滚轮的有限元模型。基于非线性接触算法对滚轮接触面的接触应力进行分析,对比两种情况下的计算结果得到双滚子的有限元结果与传统的赫兹理论较接近。同时对滚轮推车的结构静强度进行了计算,为大负荷滚轮推车的设计提供了理论依据。 Combined UG with ADINA, the finite element model of the whole as well as the double roller of high capacity roller dollies were separately established. Taking simulation analysis of eontact stress on roller engagement surface according to nonlinear contact algorithm. FEA results of the double roller is close to traditional Hertz theory compared with above two models. Meanwhile, the analysis of static strength to roller dollies was taken, thus provided theory foundation for designing the high capacity roller dollies.
