采用Pro/E进行偏置曲柄滑块机构的建模,并通过接口软件Mechanism/Pro导入ADAMS中进行运动学仿真分析.通过对偏置曲柄滑块机构进行仿真分析,实时得到滑块的运动曲线及数据,能够直观反映滑块的运动规律.仿真分析表明,使用ADAMS软件分析曲柄滑块机构的运动规律,仿真直观、测量方便且仿真结果符合实际情况,在机械系统运动学分析中有一定的应用价值. Slider-crank mechanism modeling was established by Pro/E in this paper, imported into ADAMS through a seamless interface Mechanism/Pro software and made kinematics simulation. By sim- ulation and analysis of slider-crank mechanism, the movement curve and data were obtained, and the sta- tus of the movement was directly reflected. The simulation showed that ADAMS software analyzed the movement of the slider-crank mechanism;the simulation was intuitive;the measurement was easy;simu- lation results corresponded for the actual situation,and kinematics analysis had a certain value.
