以深度救援用移动式升降梯变幅机构为研究对象,借助Pro/E建立的三维模型获取各部件质量属性,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS,采用OPTDES非线性二次规划计算方法,以变幅油缸力最大值最小化和油缸最大伸长长度最小为优化目标。优化后的结果表明,铰点位置的变化改善了油缸的受力状况,缩短了油缸最大伸长长度,提高了装置整体性能。 The luffing mechanism of Mobile lifts for depth aid was researched in this paper.The quality attributes were obtained from 3D model of PROE software.With the help of ADAMS,the optimization was made based on the algorithm of OPTDES nonlinearity quadratic programming,with the luffing cylinder force and minimum of the oil cylinder maximum elongation length as the optimization objective. As a result,the condition of cylinder force was improved, the length of cylinder was reduced,and the performance of the structure was improved.
