铜-铋无铅轴承材料摩擦学特性研究

文章介绍了运用常规粉末冶金工艺制备4种铜基轴承材料的方法,分别在HDM-20端面摩擦磨损试验机上,进行边界润滑条件下的摩擦磨损试验和在MPV-1500型试验机上进行轴套PV值试验,考察4种铜基轴承材料的减摩、耐磨性能及其PV值特性。试验结果表明,Cu10Sn3.0Bi铜-铋无铅轴承材料减摩、抗黏着特性好,承载能力高,同时具有较高的PV值。 Four kinds of copper-steel bearing materials were prepared by the conventional powder metallurgy method.The wear and friction tests were conducted by using the HDM-20 tribometer under the boundary lubrication conditions,and the PV value of the friction and wear was also tested by using the MPV-1500 tribometer.The properties of anti-friction,wear resistance and PV value of the Cu-matrix bearing materials were analyzed.The results show that the properties of anti-friction,wear resistance and the carrying capacity of Cu10Sn3.0Bi lead-free copper-bismuth bearing material are good,and it also has the highest PV value.
