面接触摩擦副交叉网纹表面形貌对摩擦特性的影响

表面形貌的微观结构对摩擦性能有很大的影响,文章以中碳钢和表面加工有交叉网纹的纯铜为摩擦副配对材料,采用端面摩擦磨损实验研究了在面接触及油润滑条件下交叉网纹表面形貌对摩擦特性的影响。研究结果表明:交叉网纹对减小表面摩擦系数和摩擦温升存在积极作用,最优的网纹微造型参数是网纹深约5μm、网纹宽50μm和网纹间距11mm,在此最优参数下将得到最好的摩擦特性;加在交叉网纹表面上的载荷应小于3.06MPa,否则纯铜表面将发生严重的磨损;单纯提高摩擦速度对减小摩擦系数意义不大,反而会使摩擦温度上升得更快。 The microstructure of the surface morphology has a great impact on the friction property. In this paper, the medium carbon steel and pure copper with cross texture were used as the friction pair materials, and the friction tests were carried out to investigate the influence of cross texture surface morphology on the friction property under plane contact and lubrication. The results show that the cross texture on surface has a positive role in reducing the friction coefficient and the rise of friction temperature, and the best friction prop- erty can be achieved under the following optimal texturing parameters of cross texture: the depth of textured line is 5 μm, the width of textured line is 50 μm and the distance of textured line is 1 mm; and the load added on the cross texture surface should be less than 3. 06 MPa, otherwise severe abrasion will take place on the pure copper surface. Simply increasing the friction velocity has little significance for reducing friction coefficient, but may quicken the rise of friction temperature.
