文章利用非接触式红外测温一有限元模拟一热电偶测温验证相结合的方法,克服摩擦副热流分配系数误差较大的问题,建立基于面接触摩擦磨损试验的三维温度场模型,分析其温度对铜基双金属材料磨损特性的影响。结果表明,在面接触摩擦磨损试验中,摩擦副接触面径向不同位置的温度不同,所对应的磨损也有差别,温度对摩擦磨损有非常显著的影响。 By using the methods of non-contact infrared temperature measuring, finite element simula- tion and thermocouple verification, the large error of the heat partition coefficients on the friction pairs is overcome. The model of three-dimensional temperature field based on the face-to-face friction and wear experiment is built. The influence of the temperature on the wear character of copper base bimetallic material under the condition of this experiment is discussed. The results show that the dif- ferent positions on the surface of the friction pairs contact have different temperatures and wear in the condition of face-to-face friction and wear experiment. The effect of temperature on the friction and wear is very significant.
