针对特种车辆单位设备进行合理分类,将材料费、维修费等有限的成本资源科学地投入到不同类型设备的问题,建立了一套特种车辆单位设备定期经济技术评估模式,将设备划分为12类,针对不同类别提出了相应的成本投入方案,并就如何利用PDCA循环改进经济技术评估质量阐明了思路。 Aiming at the problem to distribute reasonable classification and the costs correctly such as the material costs,maintenance fees for different types of vehicles and equipment in a company.In this article a regular model of basis economic and technological assessment is established.A measure have been taken to solve the problem that all the special vehicles and equipment are divided into 12 categories.Corresponding to the number value of different categories,the priority investment sequence are easy to determine.By the means of the PDCA quality cycle,the work of economic and technical evaluation could be improved and enhanced.
