本文根据现场实测所得的某型木板热压机框架尺寸,利用Pro/E建立了框架的3D实体模型,运用Hypermesh进行实体网格划分,然后借助ANSYS对框架的保压工作阶段进行了有限元静力学模拟。最初的仿真结果表明该框架结构存在较大的应力集中,无法满足强度设计要求,进而对框架结构进行了局部改进,重新校核验证了改进后的结构设计是合理的,最终的框架结构设计已交付工厂生产。 Based on the board hot-pressing frame' s dimensions measured from factory, this paper built a 3D frame model with Pro/E and meshed the frame into solid elements with Hypermesh. In order to simulate the frame' s keeping pressure, status, static analysis was performed by ANSYS. The first simulation result verified that the original frame design can't meet the strength design requirements. Therefore, it improved the flame design second times and repeated the FEA analysis to check that the updated frame design is reasonable. In the last, the final frame design had been sent to the manufacturer and applied in the production.
