提出了一种基于Taguchi正交试验与3DCS的车灯前罩装配销孔定位布局稳健设计方法。分析了车灯前罩销孔定位坐标参数对装配偏差的影响,确定了车灯前罩销孔定位设计参数水平。以销孔定位坐标值为设计参数,以各零件制造偏差和销孔定位偏差为噪声因素,制定销孔定位布局Taguchi正交试验的内外表。以转向灯罩和车大灯罩之间的装配间隙值作为衡量装配质量的指标,建立表征装配质量的稳健性评价函数,提出了车灯前罩装配销孔定位布局稳健设计的信噪比计算方法。基于3DCS对车灯前罩三维几何模型进行装配偏差仿真,分析不同销孔定位方案下装配质量对各偏差因素的稳健性,确定销孔定位布局稳健设计方案。

Based on Taguchi orthogonal experiment and 3DCS, a robust pinhole layout design for car light cover assembly is presented. Firstly, the influence of pinhole location parameters on the assembly variation is analyzed and the level of design parameters is determined. Then the Taguchi orthogonal experiment is arranged. The pinhole location coordinates are selected as design parameters and the location variation as noise parameters. And then the paper proposed a robustness evaluation function of assembly quality considering the assembly clearance between the turn signal and headlight as evaluation index. Next, the SNR calculation method for the robust design of pinhole location layout is put forward. Finally, 3DCS is used to analyze the robustness of assembly quality for variation parameters under different pinhole location schemes.
