由于在码垛机等自动化生产线中，托盘自动供给装置直接影响生产线的效率，为提高生产线的效率，设计了一种自动托盘供给装置。首先建立三维模型，初步确定方案的可行性；然后进行运动仿真和受力分析，为托盘自动供给装置选择出最优运动方案；最后，对托盘自动供给装置进行静动态特性分析，评价各部分性能并优化。结果表明，该托盘自动供给装置结构简单，动作设置合理，静动态特性符合要求。

The tray automatic supply device affects the efficiency of the production line directly in the stacking machine automation production. In order to solve abobe problem, it designs a kind of automatic pallet supply de- vice. Firstly, it constructs a three dimensional model to determine the feasibility of the scheme preliminarily. Then it makes a motion simulation and force analysis for tray automatic supply device to choose the optimal mo- tion scheme. Finally it analyzes the tray automatic supply device for static and dynamic characteristic, evaluation and optimization of each part of the performance.
