为了提高设计的数字控制器的控制效果,文中以Rexroth电液比例流量阀为控制对象,在μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统上实现了不完全微分增量式PID控制算法,通过实验整定出不同工况下理想的PID参数。同等条件下,通过判据实验对比常规增量式PID算法控制效果,验证了不完全微分增量式PID算法控制下,该系统具有调节时间短、超调小、更加稳定的控制性能。

In order to optimize and improve the control effect of the self-designed digital controller,this paper took the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve as the control object,achieved incremental and incomplete derivative PID control algorithm on the μC/OS-Ⅱ,and adjusted ideal PID parameters under different conditions by experiment.Under the same conditions,the paper compared the incremental PID algorithm control effect,through the criterion experiment,verified the incremental incomplete derivative PID control algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the system possesses the merits of short adjustment time,small overshoot,and a more stable control performance.
