Key words:needle roler bearing;vibration;noise;experimental analysis滚针轴承检测分为低速轴向窜动量的检测和收稿 13期:2013-02-04;修回日期 :2013-05-14基 金 项 目:广 东 省 自 然 科 学 基 金 资 助 项 目($201 1010001082,$2012010008735)高速下振动与噪声的综合检测。在对无外圈滚针轴承生产厂家以及用户的调查中发现,大多采用手动惯性轮的方式检查滚针轴承的轴向窜动以及振动与噪声,以检测人员的感觉来判断轴承的性能,缺乏统-的检测指标及方法。下文通过设定几度、挠度出现峰值」弯强度从 3 638 MPa提高到4 523 MPa,挠度-厂从 2.35 mlTl提高到 4.45表 5 下贝氏体转变量与下贝氏体和马氏体尺寸的关系4 结论试验结果表明:对于 GCrl5钢,高的奥氏体化温度有利于提高强度,低的等温淬火温度和-定的等温时间有利于提高韧性,即在900℃ X15 rain奥氏体化,250 oC×40 min等温淬火,可获得(50-60)%BlM的复相组织,此时材料抗弯强度和挠度俱佳,是最优强韧性配合复相热处理工艺。
