New Checking Algorithm of Machine Tool SpindleDENG Lifan(Mechanical Engineering Department,Hunan Mechanical&Electrical Polytechnic,Changsha Hunan 41015l,China)Abstract:The Machine tool spindle and its parts are the key components of machine tool structure.For many years,outmodeddesign method was used.Along with the speedy development in electronic control technology.appeared of the new drive and transmis-sion structure,and in want of the high speed and high precision machining,improvement in design method of machine tool spindle andits parts was demanded urgently.First on the design formula of spindle diameter,by applying a principle of spindle stability,the checkformula of spindle diameter was put forward.Based on the check formula of spindle rigidity,according tO research results from abroad,an accurate calculation method of spindle rigidity check is put forward。

Keywords:Calculation form ula;Check form ula;Spindle work stability;Bearing stifness机床的主轴部件与机床的加工精度和生产率密切相关,决定着机床的大部分性能,在机床的结构中占有重要地位。主轴部件的技术问题包括:主轴部件的刚度和回转精度;而主要影响因素有:主轴的支承方式,主轴轴承的类型与大校-般机床 (除磨床外)主轴都采用滚动轴承,主轴采用两点或三点支承方式,以前用三点支承方式较多但这种支承方式使主轴结构复杂,主轴及主轴箱的加工装配费时费力且刚度提高不多;现在广泛采用两点支承方式,-般认为主轴部件的刚度是撒于前轴承,后轴承及中间轴承几乎没影响。因此,主轴部件的刚度足够与否,可由前轴承内径的大小来判另J 。同时,主轴部件的刚度不仅与机床能否进行强力切削和承受颤振有关,而
