随着天然气工业的发展,天然气阀门的用量越来越大,天然气阀门与普通阀门有所不同,由于天然气泄漏及引起火灾爆炸的可能性更大,所以天然气阀门的泄漏量要求十分严格。通过对天然气阀门关闭件密封副密封原理的分析研究,分析密封副泄漏规律。找出减少和避免泄漏的方法,在可能条件下尽量选用双质密封结构的阀门,提高天然气阀门使用的安全性和可靠性。

With development of natural gas industry, the dosage of naatral gas valve is more and more, natural gas valve is different from common valve that the leaks of natural gas valve to be request very strict. The paper researched for the seal principle of the closed component for the natural gas valve, analyzed the regulation of the seal eomponent＇s leaks. Found a way to reduce or avoid the leaks that using the double seal valve as much as possible to improve the safety and reliability of the natural gas valve.
