本论文在阅读了有关国外蓝莓采摘机和国内农业收获机研究资料的基础上,分析了蓝莓采摘机的机械结构和工作要求,通过液压动力元件、液压执行元件、液压控制元件、辅助元件组成的基本回路来实现采摘机的各个动作,设计出蓝莓采摘机液压系统。完成了主要参数的计算和主要元件的选型,并设计了转向系统液压缸和多路换向阀,验算了油箱散热性能。

The thesis consults foreign blueberry harvester and domestic agricultural harvester,analyses the mechanical structure of blueberry harvester and its work requirement,performs blueberry harvester’s each motion by the basic hydraulic circuits it comprises energy portion,actuator portion,control elements and assistant elements then disigns the hydraulic system of blueberry harvester.It finishes the calculation of basic parameters and the determination of main elements,designs the hydraulic pump of steering system and multi-way directional valve,do a checks calculation about reservoir’s heat dispersion.
