阀口动压力平衡式直动溢流阀的静特性研究

在普通直动式溢流阀研究的基础上,采用溢流阀阀口动压反馈的原理,在普通溢流阀阀芯上增加了反馈腔,将其改进成阀口动压力平衡式直动溢流阀。改进后的溢流阀调压偏差小于10%。对比改进前后两种阀的静态特性,通过MATLAB程序绘制出溢流压力与通流量关系曲线,通过对比得出研究结论。

Based on common direct-acting overflow valv, the principle of overflow valve port dynamic pressure feedback is applied to add a feedback cavity in the overflow valve spool, which is transformed into the valve port dynamic pressure feed-back direct-acting overflow valve. The pressure adjustment deviation of improved overflow valve is less than 10%. Static characteristics of improved valve and original valve are contrasted, MATLAB software is used to draw the curve overflow pressure and achieve the the conclusions by comparing the two groups of curves.
