轧辊磨床的磨头部件是轧辊磨最为核心的部件之一，其设计和制造关系到其所加工工件的质量。本文通过介绍磨头皮带上的预压力对主轴的影响，对不带卸荷装置与带有卸荷装置的磨头主轴的受力情况进行分析，并对二者最终实际加工精度进行对比，从而得出卸荷装置在高精度轧辊磨床磨头上应用的必要性和可行性。

The grinding head component of roll grinder is one of the most central components, its design and manu- facturing related to the quality of workpieces. This paper introduces the influence of grinding belt preload to the spindle, analysis the stress condition with no unloading device and unloading device, and compared the finally results of the actual machining accuracy. Conclusion is that the application of unloading device for grinding is necessity and feasibility in the high accuracy roll grinder.
