The driving spindle of an electronic equipment had been ruptured after being used for about three months. The rupture part was a transition of stage. The spindle was made of 45 steel, which was tempered. The rupture of the spindle is researched by the basic method and various kinds of experiments of invalidation analysis. The reason of the rupture is fatigued rupture, and some improvement solutions are given.
