Vibration modal analysis of hydraulic motor-van e pumpJI Hong,WU Jun-he,WANG Jin-lin,SUN Tian-jian(Colege of Energy and Power Engineering,Lanahou Univ.of Tech.,Lamhou 730050,China)Abstract:The excitation source and vibration transfer path in hydraulic motor-vane pump were analyzed,a virtual prototype model was built based on appropriate structure assumption and equivalence,the modalanalysis of hydraulic motor-vane pump was carried out with finite element method,and,finally,the natu-ral frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.The result showed that the natural frequency of hy-draulic motor-vane pump would increase to some extent due to hydrodynamic supporting structure,beingin favor of reducing the vibration and noise.Motor rotor was the key origin of vibration,there might beresonance between motor rotor and vane pump in lower-order mode.The simulation result would provide areference for structural design and reduction of vibration and noise of hydraulic motovane pump。
