A detection system of crane hydraulic balance valve is presented in hydraulic system, control system and monitoring system based on MCGS. The related technologies such as MCGS configuration software, PLC and touching screen, are used in the system. The test result shows that the developed detection system has the advantages of simple operation, good stability, visualized user interface, and provides a good reference for the development of similar hydraulic: detection system.
