加氢换热器中经常使用螺纹锁紧环密封,由于其结构中连接件间的接触以及垫片的非线性性质难以采用常规计算,文章借助ANSYS软件学大的非线性分析功能对螺纹锁紧环密封结构进行了有限元分析。通过分析,得到此密封结构在工况下各个韶件的应力分布,分析结果表明,在工况条件下,壳体、螺纹锁紧环、平盖都满足应力强度要求,密封结构连接安全、密封可靠。壳体是主要的受压元件,最大应力出现存壳体和锁紧环互相啮合的螺纹上,危险截面出现在主螺纹的齿根处。由此得出的结论可以为密封结构的优化设计提供参考。

The screw-lock ring sealing structure is often used in hydrogenation heat exchanger, because of the contacts between fittings and the nonlinear properties of gaskets in the structure it is hard to use the conventional method to calculate, the finite element analysis of the screw-lock ring sealing structure was done by ANSYS software with its strong function of nonlinear analysis. Every party's stress distribution of the sealing structure was achieved alter analysis. The result of the analysis shows that shell, screw-lock ring and flat cover are available for the strength requirements and the seal structure is sale in connection and reliable in sealing under working conditions. The shell is the main pressurized element, the maximum stress appear at the whorls which are meshing with each other between the shell and the locking ring, and the dangerous sections appear at the root of the main thread. The conclusion can provide references for optimal sealing structure design.
