Inj ection manipulator optimization design based on theCAE analysis of structure resonanceLI Zhi-gang,JIA Hui-fang,ZHANG W en-liang,W ANG Jian(Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education for Conveyance and Equipment,East China Jiaotong University,Nanchang 330013,China)Abstract:Injection manipulator is a production equipment to automatically control the plastic pro-cessing.In practical work process,inj ection manipulator generates structure resonance in condi-tion of fast response. It affects the positioning accuracy of manipulator. Parametric modelingmethod and CAE software were used to conduct the structure resonance finite element analysis ofinj ection manipulator.Based on the multidiscip1inary optimization design platform,with the aimof reducing resonance,the adaptive simulated annealing method was adopted to the optimizationdesign in respect of the structure and the size of injection manipulator.Results show that,manip-ulator platform vibration is reduced,the positioning accuracy of manipulator is improved,and theautomation of the optimization design process is realized,thus a systematic reference for the de-sign of similar production is provided。
