通过对东北地区校园内路面积压的雪所形成的冰雪混合物粘附在路面的形状进行分析,参考国内对自然冰物理性能的研究,研发了一款针对校园、住宅小区等小区域路面使用的机械除冰装置,根据计算所得切开自然冰所需的剪切力,选取了相应的汽油机作为动力来源。最后,绘制了三维立体实物模型进行虚拟装配,验证了所设计结构的合理性。

In order to solve the problem of ice and snow on the road in the northeast area, a machine is invented for removing ice and snow according to the mechanical properties of ice. This machine is mainly composed of rotary cutting knife, roller and frame and so on. The main power comes from a single cylinder engine, and the power was transfered to the rotary cutting knife with sprocket. The invention is a late-model machine which filled the vacancy that there is no mechanical de-icing device in small area.
