为解决液压单向阀在使用过程中出现的“啸叫”问题，从锥阀式单向阀的结构入手，分析了单向阀阀芯的运动过程，根据阀芯的运动方程确定了单向阀各结构参数对阀芯振动的影响，并提出了解决阀芯振动的方法。

To solve the howling problem in hydraulic one-way valve,the configuration of the cone-valve typed one-way valve is studied,and the motion of the valve core is analyzed.According to the motion equations of the valve core,the influences of the structural parameters of one-way valve on the valve core vibration are obtained.The methods for suppressing the core vibration are given in this paper.
