基于UG6.0建立了ZXK5140B数控钻铣床模型,根据钻铣床运动的特点,构建了机床各运动组件的拓补结构并添加了相应的机床组件。设定了相关仿真参数,利用VERICUT7.0对所建立的模型进行了仿真,实现了铣削和钻削加工运动,仿真表明所构建的模型正确,仿真参数的设定以及数控驱动系统的选择合理。

ZXK5140B NC drilling and milling machine model is buih based on UG6.0. According to/he characteristics of drilling and milling machine movement, the topological structure of the motion eomponents is huih and the corresponding components of machine tool are added. The simulation parameters are set up. VERICUT7.0 is used to simulate the model and realize milling and drilling movement. The simulation shows that the proposed model is correct, the simulation parameters and the choice of NC drive system are reasonable.
