With the increase in car ownership, a large number of ELV generated. In order to protect the environment and achieve product recycling, the development of ELV recycling industry is imminent. In this paper, an investment case of ELV dismantling plant construction in South China was studied. According to the planning productive capability 20000 units per year, the investment estimate and economic analysis were made. The results provided a reference for similar investment of ELV recycling and dismantling.
