第 2期 李少华等.循环流化床烟气脱硫喷嘴角度布置的试验研究 195Experimental Study on Nozzle Angle Layout inCirculating Fluidized Bed Flue Gas DesulfurizationLI Shao-hua ,W ANG Hu ,LIU Da-ren(1.China Datang Corporation Science and Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd,Beijing 102206,China;2.School of Energy and Power Engineering,North China Power University,e ng 102206,China;3.Colge ofEnergy and Power Engineering,Northeast Dianli University,Jilin 132012,China)Abstract The particle image velocimetry(PIV)was employed to research nozzle angle layout in circulatingfluidized bed flue gas desulfurization.In radial direction,30。,45。,-30。and -45。between the nozzle anddesulfunzer in radial direction were taken respectively and the flow field of spray water was detected and im-aged as well as the motion parameter of the flow field was analyzed with PIVs Insight 3 G software.The re-search result shows that when the nozzle angle stays at-45。in radial direction.the spray waters axial speedcan become smaller togetheiwith a bigger axial acceleration,and the average value of its turbulent kinetic ener-gY can exceed that of other three layouts,this can benefit the full desulfurization。

Key words circulating fluidized bed,flue gas desulfurization,nozzle angle,PIV(上接第175页)改,避免了油水界面随原油密度变化出现较大误差的情况。该系统具有结构简单、经济且使用方便的优点,而且减轻了工人的劳动强度,具有广泛的应用前景。
