基于双档恒流源的多通道温度采集装置设计

本文设计了一种多通道温度采集装置,主要适用于工业现场对RTD传感器信号的采集和处理。本文重点讨论多通道RTD采集的内容,分析了一种单恒流源应用于多通道切换采集RTD信号的原理,设计了双档恒流源电路、多通道RTD信号切换电路、自校正电路、AD转换等硬件电路与软件实现流程。经过实践验证,该装置具有测量范围宽、实用性强、精度高、可靠性高等优点。

This article elaborates that in order to improve the harsh environment of the control system performance influence in industrial production control system,it should adopt various effective measures to improve reliability of the control system.The correct method of grounding is puts forward,it is the most effective method to suppress noise and prevent disturbance of control system.The union of control system design and installation process to the grounding and shielding can eliminate most of the interference noise introduced into the control system.
