The features of XRF for oil analysis were targeted.As the main calibration parameter,the mass percentage of Fe,Cu,AI,Pb,Sn and Ni elements were taked into account.The calibration technique of XRF for oil analysis was proposed.It provided reference for the future formulation of verification regulation.
