AbstractThis paper int roduces desig ning requirement and technical key of
Ginseng Microtome. T aking the needs of quality o f Red Ginseng slice， st ruc-
tural design of Ginseng Microtome are expounded. This machine compr ises ad-
justable disc clipper and mater ial ent rance w hich the size and angularity of Gin-
seng slice can be adjusted. According to per formance test It hav e the adv antage
of others in st ructur al desig n and parameter select ion.

做为滋补、强心的贵重药品--人参是东北的特产之-， 其市场广阔， 需求量很大↑
几年， 各种人参制品不仅花样多， 而且越来越精制。其中人参蜜片、红参片颇受人们的青
睐。
生产人参蜜片、红参片大都采用手工切片， 效率低， 切片厚度难以保证。市场上现有
的人参切片机体积大、笨重、价格昂贵， 不适于小型加工厂使用， 更不适于药店零售红参
切片用。为了满足小型人参加工厂和药店的需要， 我们研制出的小型人参切片机， 具有体
积孝重量轻、结构简单、加工制造容易、价格低廉、使用方便等特点。本文对RQJ- Ⅱ
型手摇人参切片机的结构参数选择、设计、性能测试鉴定结果及其评价作-介绍。
