摘要：分析了齿轮齿争传动机构的主要结构特点和原始廓彤参数。根据齿轮齿条啮合原理
得出啮合方程和重叠系数计算公式，并进行了齿轮齿鲁传动的参数优化。通过实例验证，齿轮齿务
机构的承栽能力明显提高.使用寿命延长。

Abstract：The mmn characteristics of the strlJeture af矗original Contottl"璜璩知le把巧of the rack and pinion steel--
ing gear have been analyzed.The mesh equation and the calculation formula of contact ratio have been ob-
rained by the mesh theory of rack and pinion.The舢te瑁of rack and pinion drive have been optimized.
The loading capacity has been increased obviously and the service life has been improved trnⅧgh eonci℃te H-
ample.
