摘 要：双分型面注射模，常用于点浇口进料的单型腔或多型腔（多用）的注射模，结构比较复杂。本文以盖产品”的三板式注射模具结构设计为例，对双分型面注射模的典型结构进行分析与设计，总结了其设计要点，对其他复杂模具的设计具有很好的借鉴作用。

双分型面注射模具有两个分型面，与单分型面模具相比，是在定模部分增加了-块可以局部移动的中间板（浇道板），又称为三板式（动模板、浇道板、定模板）注射模，开模时，中间板在定模的导柱上与定模板做定距离分离，以便在这两模板之间取出浇
